STEP 1

VEHICLE PROCUREMENT

The first step in our process is purchasing the desired make/model of a vehicle for our client. Our team sources vehicles at the best MSRP rates, there is no markup on the vehicle purchase. If the client already owns the vehicle, we will arrange transportation to our armoring facility. 

STEP 2

ARMAMENT FABRICATION

Our proprietary ballistic steel is cut and molded to the exact specifications of the vehicle. Our team will conduct a threat assessment to determine the level of armor needed. The highest level of armor we offer is a full perimeter CEN 1063 BR6.

STEP 3

BULLET PROOF WINDOWS

Transparent armor is manufactured to the specifications of the vehicle. Transparent armor offers the same protection as the ballistic steel installed throughout the vehicle. Our powered windows provide full range of motion.

STEP 4

ARMORED VEHICLE BUILD

After procuring the desired vehicle and determining the armor package, we begin the build process. The standard delivery time for a DUSTWUN armored vehicle is 4-6 weeks.
